Series: Low Carb Pot Luck

This is a series of recipes from a Low Carb Pot Luck conducted by the Boulder Very Low Carb Diabetes Support Group. The goal of the gathering was to have fun, and to see what kinds of dishes people can share that are low in carbs. Some people brought store-bought items, some brought simple and natural ingredients. Some made more elaborate gourmet dishes. One goal was to try to see just what portion size would allow someone to eat less than 5 grams of carbs in a “single” serving. So look closely for the serving size in each recipe. Portion size counts, even at a low-carb pot luck. — Shelley
